Muscle testing vitamins and minerals in Globe & Apache Junction ,Az
Many people claims that good health is their top priority. They eat healthy food ,exercise daily and see their doctor on a regular basis! Lamentably, in today's world, these good habits aren't enough to maintain optimal health! Vitamins and Minerals have a direct effect on both life span and quality of life and modern day food doesn't contain all the essential nutrients.
why you can't get all the nutrients you need from food alone!
The food you eat today is not the same food your great grandparents consumed many years ago. Today, the plants, and how we grow them, are very different. Likewise, the meat that’s produced today is very different. Both conventional farming and meat processing has dramatically changed the quality of food.
Here are other reasons:
- Soil depleted
- Cold storage
- Nutrient altered during cooking
- Food preservation processes
- Malabsorption
- Environmental toxins (Heavy Metals)
Since we do not have a lot of control on the way the food is processed, the intake of good qualities vitamins and minerals is very important.Althought you need to have a healthy Gut to be able to absorp the intake of vitamins & Minerals.
What is Malabsorption?
Malabsorption is the condition in wich your body (small Intestine) is not able to absorb enough nutrients from the food you eat.
It could be caused by :
chronic stress negatively affects the body’s use of nutrients/Minerals!
Stress can have a number of physical effects on the body: it can cause the adrenal glands to be overworked, which can lead to Chronic Fatigue and it will be utilising plenty of vitamin C, slow down your digestive processes, increase inflammation, increase your blood sugar and the list continues. This is why it is important to know if you are not deficient in Vitamins & Minerals. So, you could avoid more problems down the road, because “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.”
Are you Taking Medications?
"Drugs have an intended effect on the body, but in the process of helping you , they can sometimes put your body in a dangerous state by slowly depleting you of the very nutrients (Vitamins/Minerals) you need to maintain your health and help you heal."Drug Muggers ,Author Suzy Cohen, RPh.

How Can Energy Kinesiology Help You?
The body's capacity to repair itself is greater than is normally believed, because people do not consider the energy aspect, balance is the key. Kinesiology helps (not cures) to rectifies imbalances before they become illness. So, in a session of Biochemical Kinesiology.I will use muscle testing and the RIDDLER'S Nutritional REFLEXES points to find out which Vitamins/Minerals are depleted and recommend some supplements that vibrates with your energy! I can also find if you have Heavy Metal.
What are the RIDDLER'S NUTRITIONAL REFLEXES POINTS?
Dr. Robert Riddler,DC discovered that there are points on the body that can be used to help determine supplement deficiencies or heavy metal toxicity. I use muscle testing and if for example I touch or you touch lightly on your right eyelid (For Vitamin A) and if the muscle that I'm testing becomes weak, it indicates a deficiency of Vitamin A. I then muscle test few (brands) of vitamins A to make sure that the muscle that was weak becomes strong again!
Common nutrients that I test in a session!
There are 13/14 essential vitamins (A, B, C, D, E, K, and 8 or 9 vitamins in the B complex) and many minerals the body requires for optimal health. You might not be aware but yes there is a B8 called inositol. It is not a vitamin at all but rather a type of sugar with several important functions.
